Welcome to Teja’s Training Institute. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment.
Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.
Teja’s Institute reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.
For students under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to enrollment.

2. Course Fees & Payment

All course fees are listed on the respective course pages and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be made in full before the commencement of the course unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
Fees are non-transferable to another student without prior written approval.

3. Refund Policy

No refund will be issued once the course has commenced.
In the event that Teja’s Institute cancels a course, a full refund will be provided.
Workshop fees are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by the institute.

4. Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually.
Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students is mandatory.
Teja’s Institute reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
Students are responsible for their own materials unless otherwise specified.

5. Certificates & Assessments

Certificates of completion are issued to students who complete the full course and meet attendance requirements.
Certificates are the property of Teja’s Training Institute and are issued at our sole discretion.
Certificates must not be altered or misrepresented in any way.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, and resources provided by Teja’s Institute are protected by copyright.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any course materials without written permission.
Student work created during courses remains the property of the student.

7. Photography & Media

Teja’s Institute may photograph or record classes for promotional purposes.
Students who do not wish to be photographed must notify the instructor in writing prior to the course commencement.
Student work may be featured on our website or social media with credit, unless the student opts out.

8. Limitation of Liability

Teja’s Training Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our courses or use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant course.

9. Schedule Changes

Teja’s Institute reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or content with reasonable notice. In case of significant changes, students will be offered an alternative or refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
